Outsourcing Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outsourcing & Quality Analyst (Remote based in the US).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile vendor performance, data, and projects related to revenue cycle management
• Develop and execute processes for inventory management, audits, and vendor scope management
• Evaluate vendor effectiveness and ensure compliance with client requirements through quality audits

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in healthcare and/or managing vendors preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and/or active project management
• Advanced MS Excel skills required
• Excellent project management skills including proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
