Outsourcing Strategy Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for shaping the enterprise outsourcing strategy, the full-time remote Outsourcing Strategy Executive will manage performance, compliance, and risk while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support enterprise growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the enterprise outsourcing strategy in alignment with organizational priorities and manage outsourcing performance through scorecard frameworks
• Translate executive priorities into operational requirements, ensuring alignment between internal teams and outsourced partners while driving standardization across processes
• Collaborate with various departments to provide insights on outsourcing outcomes, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead quarterly business reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience in service strategy, outsourcing strategy, or business process operations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders both with and without direct authority
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in the insurance or financial industry preferred
