OutSystems Senior Architect

Job Summary

Leading technical strategy and architecture, the full-time remote OutSystems Senior Architect will design innovative solutions for enterprise clients, mentor a team of Technical Analysts, and collaborate with Sales to drive pre-sales initiatives and client engagements.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect scalable and secure solutions for web, mobile, and business processes while serving as the primary technical authority on complex engagements
• Partner with Sales for pre-sales discovery and solution proposals, translating client goals into actionable designs
• Mentor and manage a team of Technical Analysts, fostering professional development and ensuring consistent standards within the Low Code Team

Required qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in computer science or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in coding and database programming, including roles in customer-facing solution architecture or pre-sales consulting
• 5+ years of leadership and coaching experience
• 4+ years leading technical strategy for enterprise-level engagements or solution design initiatives
• Proven experience in architectural leadership and strategic innovation
