Job Summary

A company is looking for an Overnight Admissions Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for families calling after hours and support them through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be available for at least one on-call shift within part-time hours as needed
  • Ensure a seamless transition of care responsibilities from after-hours shifts to daytime Admissions Coordinators
  • Conduct initial assessments and manage the admissions process while coordinating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in Behavioral Health or Medical Healthcare Settings
  • Preferred 2 - 5 years of experience in admissions, call center, sales, or customer service
  • Experience with crisis de-escalation is a plus
  • Proficient in utilizing technology and operational systems for client management
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
