Job Summary
A company is looking for an Overnight Bilingual Client Care Counselor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide telephonic clinical assessments, short term problem solving & referrals to EAP users across the country
- Conduct Problem Gambling assessments & referrals on several state-specific Problem Gambling Help Lines
- Participate in clinical staffing & in-house trainings, track cases, and troubleshoot various issues
Required Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or another clinical counseling field
- Be able to work overnight (11:00 pm - 7:00 am)
- Competency to provide a dedicated and meaningful counseling experience to participants over the phone
- Empathic and excellent active listening skills
- Clinical Associates are strongly encouraged to apply to achieve independent licensure
