Job Summary
A company is looking for an Overnight Care Advocate Coordinator II to support members in navigating healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional member experience through inbound/outbound calls in a fast-paced contact center
- Act as an advocate for members, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and care
- Utilize technology and internal resources to assist members effectively and manage customer de-escalations
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience in the healthcare industry, customer service, or call center environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts and at least one weekend day per week
