Key Responsibilities
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching responses as needed
- Monitor medical alerts and alarms, providing compassionate support
- Record call details and maintain accurate customer information in real-time
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
- Proficient typing skills (35 WPM)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
- Minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload required
