Job Summary

Providing empathetic support during overnight hours, the full-time Overnight Care Specialist will assist families navigating loss and other life transitions through live chat and phone support, while conducting research to locate essential resources and managing user requests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert chat and phone support to users, addressing both practical and emotional needs
• Conduct comprehensive research to identify and provide access to essential resources for users
• Organize and document tasks efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs) while working independently
