Overnight Community Resource Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Overnight Community Resource Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate referrals for behavioral health care for patients awaiting treatment
• Monitor system-wide capacity to guide placement efforts
• Communicate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams within and outside the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, or Health Care
• Experience in the mental health care field
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent judgment and organizational skills
