Job Summary

A company is looking for an Overnight Customer Service Professional to provide exceptional service during the 1AM - 9AM EST shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and providing creative solutions for one-call resolutions
  • Assist customers in creating accounts and guide them in selecting appropriate service providers

Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in high-touch customer service, particularly in resolving issues on the first contact
  • Prior experience working in an overnight call center position
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty
  • Demonstrated success in contributing to a team environment through collaboration and feedback
  • Passion for staying updated on product offerings and improving customer experience
