Job Summary
A company is looking for an Overnight Customer Service Professional to provide exceptional service during the 1AM - 9AM EST shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and providing creative solutions for one-call resolutions
- Assist customers in creating accounts and guide them in selecting appropriate service providers
- Collaborate with customers and team members to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in high-touch customer service, particularly in resolving issues on the first contact
- Prior experience working in an overnight call center position
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty
- Demonstrated success in contributing to a team environment through collaboration and feedback
- Passion for staying updated on product offerings and improving customer experience
