Job Summary
A company is looking for an Overnight Customer Support Advocate (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound inquiries from small business customers' employees via phone, email, or chat
- Provide expert-level support on various HR-related matters and Justworks' product offerings
- Assist with benefits enrollment, resolve paycheck inquiries, and maintain product expertise
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or contact center environments
- Passion for customer satisfaction and helping people
- Ability to learn new products, prioritize workload, and come up with creative solutions
- Experience in SaaS, HR, payroll, PEOs, or health benefits is a plus
- Experience working remotely is required
