Job Summary

A company is looking for an Overnight Customer Support Advocate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound inquiries from small business customers' employees via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide expert-level support on various HR-related matters and Justworks' product offerings
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, resolve paycheck inquiries, and maintain product expertise

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or contact center environments
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and helping people
  • Ability to learn new products, prioritize workload, and come up with creative solutions
  • Experience in SaaS, HR, payroll, PEOs, or health benefits is a plus
  • Experience working remotely is required
