Job Summary

A company is looking for an Overnight Customer Support Engineer to join their Customer Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Merchants and Partners through the internal ticketing system
  • Create and update documentation as required
  • Prepare reports on technical issues needing further investigation or action by other departments
Required Qualifications
  • BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a JavaScript environment
  • Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and SaaS environments
  • Understanding of HTML and browser development tools for debugging and testing
  • Experience in remote work environments, start-ups, or managed services is a plus
