Job Summary
A company is looking for an Overnight Customer Support Engineer to join their Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Merchants and Partners through the internal ticketing system
- Create and update documentation as required
- Prepare reports on technical issues needing further investigation or action by other departments
Required Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a JavaScript environment
- Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and SaaS environments
- Understanding of HTML and browser development tools for debugging and testing
- Experience in remote work environments, start-ups, or managed services is a plus
