Job Summary
Providing dedicated overnight IT support, the full-time IT Consultant will manage a high volume of support tickets, troubleshoot issues across Mac OS and Windows, and assist with client onboarding while working remotely from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM PST, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated IT support technician managing a high volume of support tickets while meeting SLA targets
- Handle intermediate-to-advanced troubleshooting of computer, application, and network issues
- Support client onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and equipment shipments
Required qualifications
- Solid hands-on experience with Mac OS and Windows operating systems
- Proficiency with core SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom
- Exposure to MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and environments like Meraki and Unifi
- Basic understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and HIPAA
