Overnight IT Support Analyst
Job Summary
Providing remote IT support, the full-time Overnight IT Support Analyst will manage user access, troubleshoot systems, and analyze recurring issues while ensuring a reliable end-user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide IT support for desktop PCs, mobile devices, and VPN connectivity, including on-call assistance
- Manage incidents and service interruptions to maintain consistent user access and experience
- Document IT processes and communicate effectively with users regarding issues and resolutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in supporting healthcare IT environments, including PACS systems
