Overnight Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading overnight operations in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Overnight Operations Supervisor will manage concurrent activities, drive decision-making, and optimize resources while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction from 5 PM to 1 AM CST.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees multiple workstreams to maintain operational alignment with schedules and service expectations
• Acts as the primary escalation point, resolving complex issues and making timely decisions
• Manages resource allocation and prioritizes workloads to prevent bottlenecks and delays

Required qualifications

• Proven ability to work in high-volume, time-sensitive environments
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to respond quickly under pressure
• Experience supporting technology deployments, field services, or infrastructure programs
• Familiarity with escalation management and incident response frameworks
• Ability to work overnight shifts on a consistent basis
