Overnight Primary Care Physician (NJ, CT, MA)

Job Summary

To support access to primary care in underserved communities, the full-time Overnight Primary Care Physician (NJ, CT, MA) will provide remote, video-based clinical care during 12-hour overnight shifts, focusing on preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote setting
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician, ensuring compassionate and meaningful encounters
• Refer patients to specialists or acute care services as clinically indicated and work on population health initiatives

Required qualifications

• Board-Certified in Family Medicine
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting
• Experience with virtual visits and prior experience with EPIC EMR
• Willingness to work 3x12 hour shifts overnight
• Clean background and medical malpractice history
