Job Summary

A company is looking for an Overseas Claims Recovery Specialist II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Review and audit overseas medical and dental claims to recover overpayments
Contact carriers, members, and providers to recover and settle claims, ensuring proper documentation
Distribute correspondence to policyholders for recouping overpaid claims and participate in internal/external audit meetings

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
5 years of claims processing experience
1 year of adjustment processing (preferred)
Mathematical ability/aptitude
Ability to deal with both internal and external clients
