Oversight Clinical Research Associate
Job Summary
To ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards, the remote Oversight Clinical Research Associate will conduct quality oversight and site monitoring visits while mentoring junior CRAs in a 6-month contract position.
Key responsibilities
- Conducts quality oversight and CRA evaluation visits to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards
- Provides training and mentorship to CRAs through shadowing visits and quality assessments
- Performs site monitoring visits or oversees those conducted by CRAs to ensure compliance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of onsite clinical monitoring experience with proficiency in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- Strong experience in pain/post-op pain clinical trials
