OVR Transition Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transition Coordinator to support students and participants with disabilities in preparing for employment and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with adolescents aged 14-21 and support the development of transition programming
• Coordinate career exploration, job readiness, and community-based experiences
• Serve as a liaison between programs and external partners while maintaining documentation for compliance

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with adolescents or individuals with disabilities
• Familiarity with vocational rehabilitation services
• Ability to collaborate with educators, employers, and community agencies
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation
• Must be based in the Greensburg, PA area
