Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Owner & Guest Support to lead a team focused on customer service excellence in vacation rentals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of 10-15 employees to meet service level and quality targets
  • Provide coaching, performance monitoring, and career development for team members
  • Resolve escalated issues from owners and guests while ensuring high-quality service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment
  • 1+ years of experience in coaching and supporting employees
  • Experience with Google suite, business analytics software, and Salesforce.com (CRM) preferred
  • Ability to work assigned schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
