Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Owner & Guest Support to lead a team focused on customer service excellence in vacation rentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of 10-15 employees to meet service level and quality targets
- Provide coaching, performance monitoring, and career development for team members
- Resolve escalated issues from owners and guests while ensuring high-quality service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment
- 1+ years of experience in coaching and supporting employees
- Experience with Google suite, business analytics software, and Salesforce.com (CRM) preferred
- Ability to work assigned schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
