Job Summary

A company is looking for a Next Act Specialist to manage owner concerns and enhance the owner experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve escalated, exit-oriented owner concerns with empathy and strategic judgment
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure owner-focused outcomes and compliance
  • Manage complex cases end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, escalations, or retention
  • Proven ability to handle emotionally complex or high-risk conversations
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience in hospitality, vacation ownership, or timeshare environments preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
