Job Summary
A company is looking for a Next Act Specialist to manage owner concerns and enhance the owner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated, exit-oriented owner concerns with empathy and strategic judgment
- Partner with internal teams to ensure owner-focused outcomes and compliance
- Manage complex cases end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, escalations, or retention
- Proven ability to handle emotionally complex or high-risk conversations
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Experience in hospitality, vacation ownership, or timeshare environments preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
