Job Summary

A company is looking for an Owner Relations Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming owner relations calls regarding various issues such as revenue and division orders
• Log owner inquiries in a case tracking system and follow up on unresolved inquiries
• Build relationships with clients and manage difficult situations in a calm and respectful manner

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of industry-related experience in revenue accounting, land, or related fields
• High School degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and oil and gas software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
