Owner Relations Agent

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing customer support team, the full-time Owner Relations Agent will manage incoming owner inquiries related to revenue, land, and division orders while ensuring timely and accurate responses in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming owner relations calls regarding various issues and log inquiries in a case tracking system
• Build relationships and trust through client interactions, managing difficult situations with professionalism
• Participate in cross-training to enhance skills and improve overall customer experience

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of industry-related experience in revenue accounting, land, JIB, A/P, or related fields
• High school degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and various oil and gas software programs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
