Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing customer support team, the full-time Owner Relations Agent will manage incoming owner inquiries related to revenue, land, and division orders while ensuring timely and accurate responses in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming owner relations calls regarding various issues and log inquiries in a case tracking system
- Build relationships and trust through client interactions, managing difficult situations with professionalism
- Participate in cross-training to enhance skills and improve overall customer experience
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of industry-related experience in revenue accounting, land, JIB, A/P, or related fields
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and various oil and gas software programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
