Owner Relations Agent

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing company, the full-time Owner Relations Agent will manage incoming owner inquiries related to revenue, land, and division orders while providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming owner relations calls and address various issues including revenue and division orders
• Log inquiries in a case tracking system and follow up on unresolved issues
• Build relationships with clients and manage difficult situations with professionalism and respect

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of industry-related experience in revenue accounting, land, or production
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and oil and gas software programs
• High School degree or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to professionally interface with clients over the phone or through email
