Owner Relations Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing customer support team, the full-time Owner Relations Agent will manage owner inquiries related to revenue, land, and division orders, while ensuring timely and friendly responses in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming owner relations calls regarding various issues, including revenue, land, and division orders
• Log owner inquiries in a case tracking system and follow up on outstanding unresolved inquiries
• Build relationships and trust through client interactions, managing difficult or emotional situations effectively

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of industry-related experience in revenue accounting, land, or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and various oil and gas software programs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent
