Owner Relations Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing customer support team, the full-time Owner Relations Agent will manage incoming inquiries related to revenue, land, division orders, and more, while building relationships and ensuring timely responses in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming owner relations calls and log inquiries in a case tracking system
• Respond promptly to client needs, managing difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
• Participate in cross-training to enhance skills and improve customer experience

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of industry-related experience in revenue accounting, land, or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various oil and gas software programs
• High School degree or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to professionally interface with clients over the phone or through email
