Job Summary
As a full-time remote P&C Licensed Insurance Agent, the successful candidate will manage customer inquiries regarding billing, policy changes, and coverage options while providing exceptional support to the RV and mobility community.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and emails related to billing, payments, renewals, and cancellations
- Process incoming policy change requests and issue certificates of insurance
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while retaining customers through effective solutions
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of P&C insurance experience (broker, captive, or carrier) preferred
- Active P&C insurance license required
- Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism
