Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator, P2P Appeals.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Peer to Peer calls with payers and CorroHealth Medical Directors
- Document information from payer calls in the proprietary system and enter account status into multiple databases
- Support various departmental functions including case entry, Peer to Peer, and appeals support
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Call center experience preferred
- Understanding of denials processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial/Managed Care product lines is a plus
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to utilize formulas and manage spreadsheets
- Accurate keyboard skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
