Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build-out and lead the P2P financial operations team, overseeing day-to-day operations and systems
  • Design and implement efficient P2P processes, policies, and procedures
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost savings

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay operations
  • Proven track record of process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and Business Spend Management (BSM) systems
  • Experience collaborating and managing teams across different geographical locations
