PA and NJ Licensed Litigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigator to serve as a primary advisor to insurers and corporate clients, providing case evaluations, litigation strategy, and status reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, complex general liability defense matters across PA and NJ
• Lead cases from inception through trial, including all related legal processes
• Contribute to client development and practice growth while collaborating across teams

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of complex general liability defense litigation experience
• Experienced trial attorney with regular court appearances and ADR experience
• Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
• Strong legal research, writing, case strategy, and time-management skills
• Business-minded, collaborative professional who values diversity and teamwork
