PA and NJ Licensed Telehealth Physician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Primary Care/Supplemental Access Physician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered telehealth care and complete annual wellness visits
• Assess chronic disease management needs and assist patients in reconnecting to primary care
• Communicate with primary care providers to ensure continuity of care for patients

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree, board certified or eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
• Licensure in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
• Commitment to health equity and care for vulnerable populations
• Experience in telehealth services is preferred
• Strong preference for candidates residing in PA, NJ, or DE
