PA Licensed Communication Facilitator

Job Summary

To support UPMC Audiology, the part-time remote Communication Facilitator will provide direct care for hearing loss management, assist with communication strategies, and perform clerical duties related to patient care.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct care related to hearing loss management and communication under the supervision of a licensed Audiologist
• Integrate with Audiologists to address patient communication challenges and suggest facility-wide solutions
• Perform clerical duties supporting patient care, including device management and insurance verification

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Act 34 clearance required
