PA Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner Faculty

Job Summary

To support a growing online nursing program, the part-time Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner Adjunct Faculty will provide quality instruction, manage classroom activities, and ensure timely completion of academic requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality instruction in assigned courses within the approved academic program curriculum
• Ensure all academic program requirements and documentation are completed and submitted by established deadlines
• Be accessible to students for questions and assistance while managing classroom activities effectively

Required qualifications

• A doctoral degree in nursing (DNP or PhD) and certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse, preferably in the Family Nurse Practice specialty
• Professional experience in pediatrics is required, with online teaching experience preferred
• Must hold PA, LA, TN, and GA APRN Licenses
• Consideration for non-FNP faculty with experience teaching at the MSN level for select core MSN courses
