Job Summary

Seeking a PA Licensed Insurance Coverage Attorney, the full-time remote position will focus on handling insurance coverage matters, particularly in trucking or excess insurance, and requires at least three years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage insurance coverage cases, particularly for trucking and excess insurance matters
• Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed legal documents
• Represent clients, preferably insurers, in various insurance coverage disputes

Required qualifications

• Admission to practice in PA, NY, or NJ; MA admission is a plus
• Minimum of three years of experience in insurance coverage law
• Experience representing London Market clients is advantageous
• Strong research and writing skills
• Attention to detail in legal documentation and case management
