PA Licensed RN Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Care Coordinator for a remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply critical thinking and medical knowledge to determine case appropriateness using established guidelines
• Collaborate with providers on treatment plans and identify cases needing further evaluation
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate documentation of all key functions

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure in PA, NJ, or DE
• Residency in the tri-state area
• 3+ years of Behavioral Health clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Preferred experience in Behavioral Health utilization management and medical management/precertification
