PA Licensed SAP Liaison

Job Summary

To support mental health and substance abuse prevention efforts, the full-time PA Licensed SAP Liaison will work in schools and communities within Allegheny County, providing education, screening, and referrals to decrease risks associated with these issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide education and resources related to mental health and substance abuse prevention in schools and communities
• Conduct screenings and facilitate referrals for individuals in need of support
• Collaborate with community resources and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, drug and alcohol addiction, or education
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field
• Current valid PA Class I driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Act 33 and 34 clearances, along with Department of Education and Public Welfare Fingerprints
