Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trial Attorney to manage civil litigation and advocate for clients in legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage moderately complex civil litigation and ensure adherence to ethical standards
• Analyze cases, develop strategies for optimal outcomes, and pursue settlements
• Represent clients in trials, mediations, and regulatory hearings

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated litigation experience and preparation of civil pleadings and motions
• Solid knowledge of tort, contract, and insurance law
• Admitted to the PA State Bar; NJ Bar admission is a plus
• Juris Doctor degree required
• Understanding of the rules of Professional Responsibility for the practicing jurisdiction
