Job Summary

To support Jefferson's On-Demand care platform, the full-time remote PA Licensed Telehealth Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive virtual patient evaluations, manage acute urgent care complaints, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual patient evaluations and manage acute urgent care complaints
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to diagnose conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Document all telehealth encounters in the EMR and ensure compliance with telehealth standards

Required qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree (NP or PA)
• Family Medicine-boarded NP or PA
• ER or Urgent Care clinical experience
• Active licensure in PA, NJ, and DE
• Active PA DEA
