PA or TN Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time remote PA or TN Licensed Pharmacy Technician will accurately perform prescription data entry, maintain medication profiles for IPU patients, and coordinate with local pharmacies on claim adjudication.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately perform prescription data entry and maintain medication profiles and MARs for IPU patients
• Review and process faxed medication orders independently, ensuring timely follow-up as needed
• Contact hospices to obtain or clarify prescription information and document all interactions precisely

Required qualifications

• Current PA or TN Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician data entry experience
• Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit design and claim adjudication
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in a managed care or PBM setting
