Job Summary
To support client engagements in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), the full-time remote PACE Program Analyst will manage day-to-day delivery across multiple projects, conduct analyses of relevant legislation and policies, and produce client-ready deliverables while contributing to business development efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day delivery across multiple engagements, managing tasks, timelines, and internal communications
- Analyze legislation and policies impacting PACE, synthesizing data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
- Contribute to proposals and business development efforts, helping to convert pipeline into sold work
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in PACE, Medicare, and/or Medicaid healthcare operations or consulting
- Strong consulting skills, including structured problem-solving and polished written and visual communication
- Proven ability to perform market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, comfortable working with data and developing models
- Bachelor's degree required
