Job Summary

To support the audit services team, the remote PACE Risk Adjustment Coder will review medical records, assign appropriate codes, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records for accurate coding and documentation
• Assign appropriate codes for risk adjustment and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and coding queries

Required qualifications

• Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CRC, or equivalent)
• Experience in risk adjustment coding and familiarity with coding guidelines
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in coding software and electronic health record systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
