Package Assembler

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and mechanically skilled, the full-time Package Assembler will perform customer packaging requirements, operate and maintain packaging machinery, and ensure quality standards in a Shakopee, MN location.

Key responsibilities:

• Verify job processes and drawings through work orders before production runs
• Maintain quality standards by checking for debris and overall product quality
• Troubleshoot machine-related issues, including tension, pressure, and settings

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Packaging experience and mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Experience using digital instruments and measuring devices, such as rulers and calipers
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending and stooping
