Packaged SaaS Application Engineer

Job Summary

To support and optimize enterprise packaged and SaaS platforms, the remote Packaged SaaS Application Engineer will leverage 3+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices to configure, integrate, enhance, and maintain business-critical applications while ensuring stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in packaged and SaaS applications, focusing on configuration, customization, integration, and optimization
• Design and support solutions using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectures
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical guidance to team members while communicating project updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and supporting applications using Java/J2EE technologies
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing and supporting Microservices-based architectures
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using RESTful APIs and web services
