Job Summary

To enhance packaging solutions, the full-time salaried Packaging Engineer will be responsible for developing and commercializing cost-effective packaging designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize quality and operational efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Minimize packaging costs through design optimization and supplier qualification
• Improve packaging performance and quality for operational efficiency and consumer usage
• Manage project timelines and milestones while developing technical specifications for packaging components

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in packaging design and development, preferably in food or consumer products
• B.S. degree in packaging, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience with specifications from concept development to commercialization
• Knowledge of packaging types, equipment, and testing procedures
• Strong team leadership skills and financial aptitude
