Packaging Graphics Production Lead

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end production and project management of packaging graphics, the full-time Packaging Graphics Production Lead will manage print-ready files, coordinate with vendors, and oversee redesign initiatives while working onsite in Lititz, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own final print-ready packaging files from approval through factory submission, ensuring accurate versioning and archival
• Lead project management for packaging rebrands and redesigns, maintaining timelines and communicating progress to stakeholders
• Serve as the primary liaison with print vendors and factories, resolving issues related to print specifications and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience in packaging production, print production, or graphics operations
• Strong knowledge of packaging print processes and vendor workflows
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-SKU projects
• Experience working cross-functionally with Merchants, Engineering, Compliance, and Design
• Budget management and cost forecasting experience
