Packaging Operator

Job Summary

To support production needs and quality standards, the full-time Packaging Operator will operate, maintain, and monitor packaging equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency in a remote U.S. environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor, operate, and maintain packaging machinery, ensuring proper container sizing and quality checks
• Record machinery efficiencies and downtime, completing necessary reports accurately
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide direction to packaging laborers for efficient operations

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent on-the-job training
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Capability to work in adverse conditions, including extreme temperatures
• Manual dexterity for safely using cleaning equipment
• Good oral and written communication skills
