Packaging Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and delivery of packaging solutions, the remote Packaging Program Manager will manage end-to-end program execution for new product introductions and sustaining initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams while meeting product, brand, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead packaging program execution from concept through launch and post-launch support
• Build and manage integrated schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams to align on packaging deliverables
• Drive technical packaging development, validation, and ensure solutions meet customer and operational expectations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or packaging program management in consumer electronics or hardware
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs from concept through production ramp
• Strong understanding of packaging development processes and manufacturing execution
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and cross-functional decision-making
• Experience working with external vendors and global supply chain partners
