Job Summary
Owning the execution of packaging initiatives, the full-time Packaging Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional efforts from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment among stakeholders while improving patient experience and operational scale, with the option to work remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day execution of packaging initiatives and manage cross-functional workstreams
- Identify packaging improvement opportunities and develop data-driven business cases for leadership review
- Establish and maintain packaging documentation and governance processes to enhance consistency and scalability
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or related fields
- Experience with packaging, product commercialization, or consumer products
