Job Summary
Packaging Project Coordinator, a remote contract position focused on coordinating packaging design projects, ensuring efficient management from concept to delivery while maintaining project schedules and tracking deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Design Project Manager with project plans and administrative tasks
- Monitor schedule changes and adjust workflows in the design management tool
- Create and maintain weekly status reports and ensure deliverables meet standards
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of print and/or packaging project coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of print and packaging work
- Understanding of packaging design, print trials, and dielines
- Technical proficiency in project management systems, preferably Wrike
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
