Job Summary

Packaging Project Coordinator, a remote contract position focused on coordinating packaging design projects, ensuring efficient management from concept to delivery while maintaining project schedules and tracking deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Design Project Manager with project plans and administrative tasks
  • Monitor schedule changes and adjust workflows in the design management tool
  • Create and maintain weekly status reports and ensure deliverables meet standards
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of print and/or packaging project coordination experience
  • Strong knowledge of print and packaging work
  • Understanding of packaging design, print trials, and dielines
  • Technical proficiency in project management systems, preferably Wrike
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
