Packaging Utility

Job Summary

Operating and monitoring packaging equipment, the full-time Packaging Utility will perform basic heavy labor activities, including feeding cases, hand palletizing products, and maintaining cleanliness in the packaging areas at the American Falls facility.

Key responsibilities

• Feed cases to the Dyna Pak COP system and assist with hand palletizing products as required
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of packaging areas and perform downtime cleanups as directed
• Ensure proper procedures for bulk totes and assist in manifesting bulk and cased goods as needed

Required qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Manual dexterity and capability to safely use cleaning equipment
• Willingness to work in adverse conditions, including extreme temperatures
• Must pass a 30-shift sanitation training period
• Good oral and written communication skills
